Any teachings, opinions, examples, interpretations, frameworks, or perspectives shared through coaching sessions, courses, written materials, emails, messages, videos, or other content should not be interpreted as guarantees, promises, predictions, or assurances of any specific outcome.

Clients are encouraged to exercise personal discernment, critical thinking, & individual responsibility when applying any concepts discussed throughout the coaching process.

Clients understand that they voluntarily participate in coaching & accept full responsibility for any decisions made before, during, or after the coaching relationship.

Services may be modified, updated, expanded, discontinued, or adjusted at any time without prior notice.

Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of coaching services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Payment plans may be available upon request for selected services. Payment plans are limited to a maximum of two instalments, with the first instalment always being the larger portion of the total amount due.

Clients acknowledge that payment plan pricing may differ from standard pricing due to additional transaction fees, administrative costs, & payment processing charges. As a result, the total amount payable under a payment plan may be higher than the standard one-time payment option.

Failure to complete agreed payment plan installments may result in the suspension, postponement, or termination of services until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Such changes shall not affect services that have already been purchased.

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of coaching services, mentorship programs, consultations, support packages, digital resources, educational content, & time-based services, refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers are not provided.

Unused sessions, missed sessions, unused support periods, changes in personal circumstances, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or failure to achieve desired results do not create entitlement to a refund.

By purchasing any service from theseekerofwisdom, clients acknowledge that they are purchasing access to coaching services, professional time, expertise, educational guidance, mentorship, & support. Refunds are not contingent upon outcomes achieved, perceived value received, personal circumstances, level of participation, expectations, or satisfaction with results.

By purchasing any service from theseekerofwisdom, clients expressly acknowledge & agree to this refund policy.

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the client & theseekerofwisdom.

Clients are encouraged to provide reasonable notice if a session requires rescheduling. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests, alternative appointment times cannot be guaranteed.

Failure to attend a scheduled session within 15 minutes without notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.

Late arrival by a client may result in a shortened session in order to respect previously scheduled commitments. Unless otherwise agreed, sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time regardless of the client’s arrival time.

If theseekerofwisdom needs to reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a suitable alternative appointment.

Certain services may include email support, direct message support, or other forms of communication between coaching sessions.

Such communication is intended to supplement the coaching process & should not be interpreted as unlimited on-demand access.

Email support, direct message support, & other communication-based services are intended to provide guidance, accountability, & clarification between coaching sessions. Such services should not be interpreted as continuous coaching, crisis support, or unrestricted access to theseekerofwisdom.

The scope, duration, & availability of communication support shall be determined by the specific service purchased.

Response times may vary depending on workload, business commitments, weekends, holidays, travel schedules, & personal availability.

Coaching communications are not monitored continuously & should never be relied upon during emergencies or crisis situations. Clients requiring immediate assistance should contact appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals in their area.

theseekerofwisdom reserves the right to refuse, suspend, postpone, or terminate services at any time where it is believed that doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the coaching relationship, business operations, personal wellbeing, or client experience.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:

• Abusive behaviour

• Harassment

• Threatening conduct

• Discriminatory behaviour

• Repeated disrespect of boundaries

• Inappropriate communication

• Failure to comply with agreed terms

• Behaviour that materially disrupts the coaching process

Where services are suspended, refused, or terminated by theseekerofwisdom due to a client's conduct, breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to comply with agreed policies, or failure to respect established boundaries, any remaining sessions, support periods, mentorship access, communication support, or other services may be forfeited without refund, credit, exchange, or transfer.

The decision to refuse, suspend, postpone, or terminate services shall remain at the sole discretion of theseekerofwisdom.

theseekerofwisdom will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the coaching relationship.

However, coaching services are not subject to legal confidentiality protections that may apply to licensed healthcare professionals, attorneys, or other regulated professions.

Clients are responsible for exercising discretion when sharing sensitive personal information through email, messaging platforms, video conferencing software, or other electronic communication methods.

Clients acknowledge that absolute confidentiality & security cannot be guaranteed when using digital communication platforms.

All website content, coaching materials, recordings, written content, courses, worksheets, exercises, frameworks, digital products, emails, messages, graphics, videos, & educational resources provided by theseekerofwisdom remain the exclusive intellectual property of theseekerofwisdom.

Materials are provided for personal use only.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, modify, copy, teach from, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in immediate termination of services & any remedies available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, theseekerofwisdom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from the use of this website, coaching services, educational materials, communications, digital products, or reliance upon information provided.

Clients voluntarily engage in coaching services & accept full responsibility for their participation & outcomes.

In all circumstances, any liability on the part of theseekerofwisdom shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Certain mentorship programs, long-term coaching arrangements, premium services, or extended support packages may require the completion of a separate Coaching Agreement prior to commencement.

Where applicable, clients agree to review, sign, & comply with any additional agreements provided by theseekerofwisdom.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions & a separate Coaching Agreement, the terms of the Coaching Agreement shall prevail for the specific service to which it relates.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated, amended, or modified from time to time without prior notice.

Continued use of this website or continued engagement with services provided by theseekerofwisdom following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
